This was a great opportunity to develop a site-specific design program that integrates the nationally recognized, Art Deco design of the building and Topeca’s passion for great place-making and even better coffee. From exterior signage and interior graphics to the custom designed bar and lighting, this project was completed in record time and has become a well-loved spot by local coffee aficionados.
